Engaging with global players broaden our perspective and helps us to sharpen our strategies as we empower young people and girls in South Africa with our Digital Skills and Girls in Robotics initiatives.
A big take-away for us as from this important panel discussions is that, 'the error of just passing down training as a tick the box exercise has failed, and should not continue. Training programs must have an end goal that is meaningful and beneficial to the trainees. And, this is where our vision with our Digital Skills program at AYI is unique..."
