Cyril Azubuine (Nigeria) is an advisor and curriculum developer on Robotics, Aviation and Drone education, Cyril is supporting AYI to broaden its reach and impact on the African continents to ensure the early development of 4ir skills for Africa's future innovators.
Social Entrepreneur is the founder and Executive Director of Unite Siyafunda which focuses on the development of STEM skills and empowerment of unemployed youth in Gauteng. She supports AYI with capacity building through the hiring of unemployed youth female graduates.

Emma Mphahlele is an Edutech enthusiast with a passion for STEM education. Inspired by the impact of robotics and coding education on her kids, she established Kids Innovate Africa Pty. Ltd. in 2015, followed by AYI in 2019 with the sole intent to bridge the access gap on high-tech education for marginalized children and youth in South Africa. She believes that intelligence is inborn in every child. Being on the ground - facilitating learning and engaging with students brings her joy.
Tony Ciamo heads our Robotics Curriculum Team. With a university degree in Mechatronics, and an extensive experience with manufacturing robotics as a workshop manager at a Cape Town robotics handling firm, combined with years of experience as a Robotics training facilitator (at ORT SA - Cape Town) working with children and youth, Tony is unleashing great ideas to empower tomorrow's aspiring roboticists at AYI.
Lulu Khaliphile is a Professional Accountant (SA) and Tax Practitioner (SA) through SAIPA. Lulu uses her extensive business skills, knowledge, and Accounting experience to ensure AYI financials are organized and comply with the regulatory requirements. She has over a decade of experience from international FMCG.

Keke uses her experience of running career shows, empowering unemployed township youth with coaching skills, and bringing robotics education to our marginalized children and youth in Gauteng. With her hands-on approach, Keke supports the executive team in capacity building (sourcing, training, and development of unemployed graduate youth as coaches for implementation of projects across the continent, as well as public relations of AYI.

Natasha is responsible for ensuring that the organization's vision is implemented, working with a range of stakeholders across the continent.As a Director, she supports the board with fresh ideas that keep the organisation at pulse with its target market.

Izere Anny Sybille
A founder and CEO of a Ugandan NPO - Her Dreams Count which empowers refugee girls and adolescent mothers by teaching them digital skills.
Anny brings her experience as a Creative and Communications Manager in humanitarian spaces - leading projects in various locations in Uganda, Rwanda, Somalia, and Colombia. As Project Leader for AYI and Communications Officer, Anny collaborates with AYI to implement projects in Uganda and neighboring countries relating to Coding and Digital Literacy.
Robotics Coach/ Consultant
A vibrant and intelligent Physiology and Genetics Stellenbosch University graduate brings to AYI, her extensive experience in working with children and youth as a university and school tutor with high-performance levels for both university and school students.
